Are you a Shero?
If you are like most women today you are superwoman to the rescue, saying "yes" to everything that is asked of you and putting yourself last...divorce can push the envelope even further since you have no one to help out.
Can you relate to any of the following tasks?
You poor thing, I'm exhausted just writing about it!! Now I'm not suggesting you step away from any of your responsibilities but take a look at that list again. Many of those activities require take-control behavior and are masculine energy drivers. This is in polar opposition to our biological feminine make-up.
If you are not convinced look over this list of energy imbalance indicators and see where you stand:
Here are a few ways to bring back your feminine deliciousness...
1) yoga
2) Breathe deeply and gently let your hips undulate
3) Go dancing
4) get your nails done
Balance out your Shero mode at least 3x/week with any of the above suggestions - and of course any other great idea's you may have to save your sparkling feminine essence:-)
