Eliminate the Pain of Divorce

(Photo above shows my class where I learned and became certified in this process - that's me in the glasses next to the most inspiring 86 year old woman I've ever met!).

  You see your life is created by your "beliefs." And these beliefs, usually subconscious, are the result of lifelong programming and responsible for 95% of our actions. You probably know this but it's a good reminder...our beliefs form our perceptions about the world and ourselves and thus develop our behaviors. So if we can change our beliefs we can change our life!

The quickest and most effective way to change a behavior is to change the subconscious belief(s) that support it.  I was introduced to this process thru Agape Spiritual Center and was immediately curious as I have spent the majority of my life studying ways to create positive behavior.  

After experiencing the process myself, which works with muscle testing so it is safe and non-invasive, I was hooked.  For the first time in my life I was able to overcome self-defeating attitudes and behaviors. 

So convinced of this method to eliminate self-limiting subconscious beliefs in all areas of life, I became a facilitator so I can help people quicken their journey to a fulfilling, happy and peaceful life.

You Can Do It!!!!!

Louise Hay is very beloved to me.  She was one of my very first mentor's after my divorce.  I never had the pleasure of studying with her face to face but I felt I was one-on-one with her every time I read her work.

She has that ability to get right into your soul and your heart. She is a woman of incredible wisdom, courage and strength.  I admire her and the powerful truths she has shared with the world. Louise is my inspirational guru.

Here is one of her beautiful passages from Meditations to Heal Your Life that just makes you want to scream, "Yes I CAN Do it!!"

Time to be inspired....

"The more I support myself with love and acceptance, the more worthy I feel.  As I feel worthy, I feel better. In fact, I feel really good.  I begin to let good things happen to me.  I begin to see opportunities that I never saw before.  I let life take me in new and interesting directions.  I let my mind go beyond what I thought was possible. I become worthy of the totality of possibilities, and life suddenly becomes very exciting. Greatness After Divorce

I would like to share a passage that I feel is so beautiful for all women to read - a passage by Marianne Williamson that begs women to accept and honor their greatness. So much of the time we are afraid to stand tall in who we are - the questions that runs thru our minds....Who might we overshadow? Will our friends and family still love us if we shine? What will our responsibility be to life and the world if we are all that we can be? Will we be able to maintain this high level of power?  What more will be expected of us? Are we good enough to show the world all that we are? etc, etc. and the answer is you owe it to yourself and the world to let your spirit shine as brightly as it can.  This is the reason you were born into this life....so go SHINE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Releasing the Past After Divorce

When cleaning out some files I came across an old Daily Word inspiration - it's such sound advice

I wanted to share it with you...

Releasing the past, I embrace a new way of life.

On the cross, Jesus prepared HImself for new life by releasing the past, and that release began with 

forgiveness.  Even in the appearance of death, Jesus prayed for those who persecuted HIm, "Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do."

Whatever I may be going through, I understand there is a new experience of life waiting for me. I, too, can grow into an awareness of new possibilities by releasing the past and forgiving those who appear to have caused me pain.

I forgive anyone whose actions or inactions have affected me negatively.  I forgive myself and release false beliefs about how things could have been.  In the depths of my being, I forgive, knowing that with this release I embrace a new way of life.

Getting Unstuck After Divorce

I love this meditative thought from Agape's Michael Beckwith:

It's important to understand that change and growth are not the same thing. Through change we might improve the human personality and thus navigate our world more smoothly, but that may simply be superficial manipulation under the guise of spiritual transformation.  Don't be fooled.  We must begin to dissolve the hidden beliefs and patterns that keep us stuck at a particular stage of development by activating our spiritual will. Activating spiritual will allows us to transcend previously held points of view;we become receptive and recognize that our next level of growth is at hand. We stand before the choice to enter the "Yes" of it. That Yes is our transportation to transformation.
