You see your life is created by your "beliefs." And these beliefs, usually subconscious, are the result of lifelong programming and responsible for 95% of our actions. You probably know this but it's a good reminder...our beliefs form our perceptions about the world and ourselves and thus develop our behaviors. So if we can change our beliefs we can change our life!
The quickest and most effective way to change a behavior is to change the subconscious belief(s) that support it. I was introduced to this process thru Agape Spiritual Center and was immediately curious as I have spent the majority of my life studying ways to create positive behavior.
After experiencing the process myself, which works with muscle testing so it is safe and non-invasive, I was hooked. For the first time in my life I was able to overcome self-defeating attitudes and behaviors.
