Today as I was driving to the beach for my morning walk I happened to notice a bumper sticker on the car in front of me....end this war.. and I was suddenly that this sticker had more than one meaning. Of course the sticker was referring to the war across the world but my thoughts went to the inner war each person struggles with every day.
I couldn't help but think how the outer world is a mere reflection of the inner world. So doesn't it make sense to have global peace we must first have peace within? I then became very excited about the value of the teleseminar I was about to do today - Lead a Winning Life with Guided Imagery. If we are aware of what we must do to program our mind and thoughts for conscious living and happiness we are on our way to world peace!
